Yosuda Pro 010C Exercise Bike Review
Updated September 2026 First look · Tested September 2026 · 1 video
If you're a bigger guy, this is the bike. It's the heavier of the two Yosudas, it felt sturdy under me, and the listing says 350 lbs everywhere. I guessed 300 on camera and I was wrong. The catch is the toe clips. You have to clip in every ride, and I've never been a fan of that. First impressions only. I'll tell you how it holds up once I've used it longer.

Buy it if
- Buy it if you're over 250 lbs and want a listed limit with some room.
- Buy it if you want a brake you can hit fast with a kid on the bike.
- Buy it if you ride long enough that moving your hands around matters.
- Buy it if one bike has to fit several very different people.
Skip it if
- Skip it if you don't want to clip in every time you ride.
- Skip it if you want numbered resistance levels you can repeat.
- Skip it if price is the whole decision. The 001C costs a little less.
"It drives well, nice and smooth... Feels pretty sturdy."Me, on my first ride
Before you buy
What I don't love
Toe clips
You have to clip your feet in. I've never been a fan of that. They work, I'd just rather have a flat pedal with a strap.
No flywheel weight
Neither Yosuda publishes it. The ride felt good, but I'd rather have the number.
Monitor cord
There's a wire that plugs into the monitor, so route it before you tighten everything down.
No numbered levels
It's one knob, so you can't dial in the exact same setting twice.

Next I'm putting both Yosudas side by side after more time on them.

Sturdy at 280, and it stops on a dime
I build it and ride it. It's smooth, it feels sturdy, and pushing down on the knob stops the wheel right now.
Questions I get
What's the weight limit?
The listing says 350 lbs in the title, the subtitle and the spec table. I said 300 on camera and I was wrong.
How do you stop it fast?
Push straight down on the resistance knob and the wheel stops right away.
Is it hard to put together?
No. It's a one person build and the tools are in the box. The left pedal is reverse threaded, and lay all your hardware out first so you don't miss a washer like I did.
Can you adjust it for different riders?
Yes. The seat goes forward, back, up and down, and the handlebars go up and down. They lock with a collar you tighten instead of a pin.
What does the monitor show?
Time, distance, speed and calories. Batteries are in the box.
