Everymate 6 Bar Holder Review
Updated August 2026 First look · Tested August 2026 · 1 video
If your bars are leaning in a corner, this stands six of them up in less than a square foot of floor, and it comes out of the box ready to go. The welds look clean and it stays put when you pull a bar out. The catch is the listing's 'unshakable' is a stretch, push it hard and it'll go over. These are just my first impressions. I'll tell you how it holds up once I've used it longer.

Buy it if
- Buy it if your barbells are leaning in a corner.
- Buy it if floor space is the tightest thing in your gym.
- Buy it if you don't want to drill into a wall.
- Buy it if you want zero assembly.
Skip it if
- Skip it if you've got little kids who climb on everything. A hard shove will tip it.
- Skip it if you want to spin it to reach the back bar. This one doesn't rotate.
- Skip it if you're filling all six slots with fat specialty bars. I haven't tested that yet.
Before you buy
What I don't love
It can tip
Pulling a bar in and out won't tip it. Push it really hard and it'll go over. The listing's 'unshakable' is a stretch.
Two footprints on one listing
The bullets say 11.35 by 9.3 inches. The spec table says 6.2 by 9.3. Go with the bullet number.
The box says rotate, the rack doesn't
The carton is printed 'rotate barbell stand' because it covers the whole line. This one is fixed.

Next I'm loading all six slots, fat specialty bars included. I'll add that here.

Six bars, under a square foot
I unbox it, drop in my three bars, and shake it to see how hard you have to push before it tips.
Questions I get
Does it need assembly?
No. It comes out of the box ready. Drop your bars in and you're done.
How much floor does it take?
About 11.35 by 9.3 inches, under three quarters of a square foot. The spec table on the listing says something different. Go by the bullet.
Will it tip over?
Not from pulling a bar in and out. If you push it really hard, it'll tip.
Does it rotate?
No. The box says rotate because it's printed for the whole line. If you want the spin, look at Everymate's 5 bar rotating holder.
What's it rated for?
Everymate says 400 lbs. Six standard 45 lb bars is 270, so there's room. Six heavy specialty bars could get close to the limit.
