If you drink a shake after every workout, this is a protein that actually tastes good. The chocolate is the best tasting chocolate protein I've ever had, and the vanilla tastes like the milk after Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It's four dairy proteins, two fast and two slow, with no artificial flavors or sweeteners. The catch is it's dairy, and this is a 2022 product overview I made as a Xendurance team leader, not a long-term test.

What kind of protein is it?
Dairy based, four proteins in one. Two absorb fast and two absorb slow, so you get both for recovery.
What does it taste like?
The chocolate is the best tasting chocolate I've ever had, made with organic cocoa powder. The vanilla has a hint of cinnamon and tastes like the milk after Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
Does it have artificial sweeteners?
No. No artificial flavors or sweeteners.
What else is in it?
A complete amino acid profile, plus lactate, electrolytes, vitamin B6, B12 and vitamin D.
