Xendurance Focus Review
Updated July 2024 First tested April 2020 · 3 videos
I've been drinking Focus for a few years and the product itself works great. It's basically an energy drink slash pre-workout. The real question is flavor. Dragon fruit is still my go-to, Blood Orange is good but I'm not blown away, and I don't like Tropical Sunshine at all.

Buy it if
- Buy it if you want one drink that works as your daily energy drink and your pre-workout.
- Buy it if you don't want it overly sweet. Blood Orange has about 2 grams of cane sugar.
- Buy it if you like orange drinks. Blood Orange is a light orange, not orange soda.
- Buy it if you want to try a flavor with a 60-day money back guarantee behind it.
Skip it if
- Skip Tropical Sunshine. I don't like it at all.
- Skip Blood Orange if you want a flavor that knocks your socks off. It's good, not amazing.

What I don't love
Not blown away
Blood Orange is good. It's not 'wow, this is amazing.' Dragon fruit is still my favorite.
Flavors can wear thin
I loved Watermelon at first, then over time it was too sweet and I couldn't drink it every day. I'm a little worried Blood Orange goes the same way.
One flavor I'd skip
I don't like Tropical Sunshine at all.

Good, but dragon fruit still wins
My first taste of the new Blood Orange flavor, and how it ranks against the other Focus flavors I've been drinking.

How I got off energy drinks
A short overview from my time as a Xendurance team leader. I used Focus to get completely off energy drinks, and I run through the Dragon Fruit, Tropical Sunshine and Watermelon Burst flavors.

My very first scoop of Dragon Fruit
The day it showed up at my door. My first ever taste, one scoop in 8 ounces of water, and how I felt about an hour later: dialed in, not amped up.
Questions I get
What is Xendurance Focus?
It's basically an energy drink slash pre-workout. Same ingredients across flavors, just a different taste.
Which flavor is best?
For me, dragon fruit. Blood Orange beats Tropical Sunshine by far, and I think I like it better than Watermelon.
Is it really sweet?
No. Blood Orange has about 2 grams of cane sugar plus a little monk fruit and stevia. Xendurance doesn't overly sweeten their stuff.
Did Xendurance send you this?
No. I bought it myself, so you're getting a brutally honest review.
