SweatLabs Eclipse Infrared Sauna: Install and Initial Review
Heat is one of the oldest recovery tools there is, and the SweatLabs Eclipse 2 Person Infrared Sauna brings it straight into your home gym. I put it through delivery, full assembly, and a first real test session to see if it earns a permanent spot in the setup.
I’m Big Mike - 23-year pro wrestler, husband, and father of three girls. I don’t review gear I haven’t sweat in myself.
DELIVERY AND UNBOXING
The Eclipse showed up well packaged with every panel accounted for. A clean start before getting into the build.
PANEL, BENCH, AND FRONT PANEL ASSEMBLY
The build breaks down into clear stages - panel assembly, bench assembly, then the front panel. Nothing overly complicated, but a few connection points are worth taking your time on.
ROOF, IONIZER, AND DOOR HANDLE INSTALL
From there it’s roof install, ionizer install, and the door handle - the last few pieces that turn a stack of panels into a finished sauna.
MOVING IT INTO PLACE
Once built, I moved the Eclipse into its final spot in the gym. It’s manageable for one man to maneuver without a fight.
TURNING IT ON AND THE CONTROL PANEL
The control panel is straightforward - no wasted time figuring out how to get it running.
INITIAL TEST AND FULL HEAT
I climbed in for an initial test, then pushed it to full heat to see how it performed. My wife jumped in to test it too - this isn’t just a one-man piece of gear, it works for the whole family.
FINAL THOUGHTS
The SweatLabs Eclipse Infrared Sauna installs clean, heats up right, and fits into a home gym without a hassle. For a man looking to add real recovery to his training, this is gear worth having.
A man who trains hard needs to recover hard too. This sauna earns its place.
