FLYBIRD Adjustable Weight Bench: Assembly and Initial Review

A weight bench is one of those pieces of equipment that makes or breaks a home gym. If it wobbles, folds wrong, or eats up too much space, you stop using it. I put the FLYBIRD Adjustable Weight Bench from FED Fitness through assembly and a first round of testing to see where it stands.

I’m Big Mike - 23-year pro wrestler, husband, and father of three girls - and at 6’5” and 270 pounds, I push gear harder than most reviews account for.

UNBOXING

Everything arrived well packaged with all the parts accounted for - a clean start before getting into assembly.

STEP ONE THROUGH STEP FOUR

The build went in four clear stages. Nothing overly complicated, but a few connection points are worth taking your time on to make sure everything seats correctly.

INITIAL IMPRESSION

Once assembled, the bench feels solid for a foldable, adjustable design. It doesn’t have that flimsy feel some budget benches give you.

COOL FEATURE

There’s a standout design touch that separates this bench from others in its price range - I walk through exactly what it is and why it matters for everyday use.

BENCH TEST

Put under real weight and real movement, the bench held its position and didn’t shift or rock where it shouldn’t.

STORAGE

When you’re done, it folds down and tucks away without eating up your whole gym space - a real win for guys training out of a garage or spare room.

FINAL THOUGHTS

For the price point, the FLYBIRD Adjustable Weight Bench delivers solid construction, smart storage, and a feature set that holds up to a 270-pound frame.

A man who trains at home needs gear that works as hard as he does. This bench earns its spot.
