EVERYMATE Seated Leg Strength Extension and Curl Attachment: Setup and Review

If you train at home, space is the enemy. You don’t always have room for a separate leg extension/curl machine, but you still need to hit hamstrings and quads directly. That’s where an attachment that mounts right to your squat rack earns its spot.

I’m Big Mike - 23-year pro wrestler, husband, and father of three girls - and I put the EVERYMATE Seated Leg Strength Extension and Curl Attachment on my squat rack to see if it actually holds up.

QUICK BACKSTORY

Leg day matters more than guys give it credit for. Strong legs protect your joints, your back, and your ability to keep moving the way your family needs you to as you get older.

UNBOXING

Everything came packaged well and the parts list matched what I expected for a rack attachment - no surprises out of the box.

STEP ONE AND STEP TWO

The mounting process is straightforward - it clamps onto the upright of your squat rack. Two main steps, and most guys will move through them without trouble.

A POTENTIAL PROBLEM - AND A DEFINITE ONE

Not everything went perfectly. I ran into a fit issue partway through that turned from a “might be a problem” into a “this is a problem.” I walk through exactly what it was and how I worked through it in the video, so you know what to watch for before you mount yours.

REMOVE AND RE-INSTALL

Once I identified the issue, getting it off and back on correctly didn’t take long. Worth knowing ahead of time so it doesn’t catch you off guard.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Once it’s mounted right, it does what it’s supposed to do - it gives you leg extension and curl work without needing a separate machine taking up floor space.

A man who trains at home removes every excuse standing between him and showing up for his family. Gear like this just makes it easier to keep that promise to yourself.
