How to Create 8 New Daily Habits in 63 Days with the XND63 Challenge

XND63 is like 75 hard but different. And what I mean by that is it's an actual progression over the course of three phases and 63 days.

And the goal here is to stack habits to take control of your life so that you can start living healthier longer every single day.

So in the first phase of XND63, we're going to focus on improving you physically.

And we're going to do that by starting with three daily habits that you need to focus on every single day. Then into phase two, we're going to help you focus mentally. The goal here is to add in three more daily habits on top of the first three. So now we're at six daily habits.

And then in the last phase, we're going to add in two final habits to help you grow personally, because the XND63 program is not just a physical transformation challenge.

It is a physical and mental transformation challenge. We want you to really take control of your life so that you can live healthier and all areas of it.

And you do that by creating the habits to set you up for success.

So over the course of the 63 days, what are the habits we're going to focus on?

So in phase one, we're going to focus on dialing in your nutrition. So we want you to follow the nutrition plan.

We're going to get you hydrated. So we want you to drink half your body weight in ounces of water every single day.

And then the last thing that we want you to do is we want you to move your body for at least 30 minutes every single day.

That's phase one into phase two.

On top of those original three habits, we're going to stack on three more.

We want you to cut out are all artificial flavorings, sweeteners, things like that.

Artificial dyes. Get those out of your diet. They're not good for you. So get rid of them.

Next thing that we're going to do is we're going to focus on sleep. We want you to get more and or better quality sleep.

We understand that it's hard sometimes to get more sleep, so we want you to focus on better quality sleep. So do some things. We're going to give you some tips on things that you can do to help you get better quality sleep. If you can't focus on more sleep, or maybe you're sleeping enough, just not getting a good quality.

And then the last thing that we want you to do is we want you to be mindful for 10 minutes a day. So that's taking some time out of your day to just be still for 10 minutes. And so that's going to be through meditation. If that's going to be through going for a walk and putting the phone down with no distractions, whatever works for you and however you can be more mindful.

Then on to phase three.

There's two final habits that we want to add in to make sure that you're growing personally as well. It's one of the ways that we want to do that is you've got to read 10 minutes a day of a personal development book, whatever personal development book you want to read, it's up to you.

You can choose whichever one you want.

We provide a list of options that we suggest are good places to get started. But again, it's entirely up to you. The whole goal here is to read a book that fits you. Focus on it for 10 minutes a day to start or further your personal growth journey.

And then the last thing that we want you to do on the idea of personal growth is to set and complete one new goal every day. It can be small goals, it can be big goals, but we want you to set that goal and then complete it by the end of the day. So if you will think about it like complete a goal of mowing the lawn, that's a goal.

If you could set a goal of I'm going to walk for 37 minutes today instead of 36 like I did yesterday or you're going to add in weight training to your journey today. And that's the goal for the day.

It doesn't matter what the goal is. The purpose here is to get you in the mindset of setting goals because we have to have something to work for to achieve.

If you don't know what your goal is, you're never going to achieve that goal.

As part of the program, we've also included a goal setting chart to help break down your goals so that you can get clear on what it is that you want to accomplish.
