Sweatlabs Eclipse Infrared Sauna: 1 Month Review

Recovery isn’t a luxury for a man who’s leading his home - it’s maintenance. If your body breaks down, everything you’re building breaks down with it.

I’m Big Mike - 23-year pro wrestler, husband, and father of three girls - and I personally test every piece of gear before I put my name on it. A month ago I installed the Eclipse Infrared Sauna from SweatLabs in my home gym. Here’s the honest update.

THE INSTALL

The Eclipse went together fast - this isn’t a complicated build. It’s sized for two, fits cleanly into a home gym setup, and didn’t take over my space the way I worried it might.

THE FIRST IMPRESSION

Infrared heat hits different than a traditional sauna. It’s a deep, penetrating heat that gets to work fast, and the two-person size means recovery doesn’t have to be a solo habit.

ONE MONTH IN

The real test isn’t day one, it’s consistency. A month of regular sessions has made this part of my recovery routine, not a novelty that collects dust. That’s the bar gear has to clear before I recommend it to you.

FINAL VERDICT

Does it fit the legacy you’re building? If you’re training hard and leading your family hard, recovery is non-negotiable. The Eclipse Infrared Sauna earns its place in the home gym.
