Mooncool TK Pro Folding E-Trike: Assembly Guide and First Ride Review

Being the “all-in-one” dad means your gear has to work as hard as you do. Hauling groceries, hauling kid gear, or just getting the family outside for an adventure - a standard bike doesn’t cut it. You need stability, power, and utility.

I’m Big Mike - 23-year pro wrestler, husband, and father of three girls - and I personally test every piece of gear before I put my name on it. This time I unboxed and assembled the Mooncool TK Pro Folding Electric Tricycle from scratch, start to finish.

WHAT’S IN THE BOX

The TK Pro ships mostly built, but you’ll still handle the front fork and rack, the fenders and headlight, the seat post and backrest, and the rear cargo basket. None of it requires a mechanic - just patience, the included tools, and about an hour of your time.

THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS

Frame setup and the folding mechanism come first. From there it’s the front fork and rack, then the headlight and fenders. The seat post and backrest go on next, followed by the rear cargo basket. Final step is dialing in the tires and brakes before you roll out.

THE FIRST RIDE

My wife took the first lap around the driveway. Then I climbed on for my own test ride, running through the control display and the different speed modes with real weight on the frame.

FINAL VERDICT

Does it fit the legacy you’re building? For a dad who needs to haul gear, get the family outside, and still trust the machine under him, yes. The TK Pro is stable, it’s got real power, and it’s one more piece of gear that helps you protect and provide for your family instead of working against you.
