I get asked all the time about the one supplement that men in their 40s need to be taking, and a lot of times guys think they just need to get on testosterone or start doing the replacement therapy and all that kind of crap. But the reality is you don't need to do that. Yeah, there's a bunch of things that you can do first.

And starting with supplementation, the first supplement that you need to turn to is creatine. Hey, my name is Mike Berens, and for over a decade at help, thousands of people add simple supplementation into their daily routine. And I've been taking creatine for just as long, if not longer, and it has continually proven to be the product that everyone needs to take.

And the reason is because it has been proven effective time and time and time and time and time and time again. It helps with muscle recovery, muscle strength, muscle quality, muscle density, and it's now starting to show that it helps with brain health and all the things that are important there. And the reason why. Without boring you with too much of the details is creatine helps restore ATP.
