Xendurance Collagen + Greens Review
Updated May 2024 with my product overview · May 2024 · 1 video
My score: 4.5 out of 5
Food first, always. But if you're like me and want a little help hitting your nutrition every day, this gets collagen and a serving of greens into one scoop. It actually tastes pretty good, which most collagen and greens products don't. The catch is it costs more than a plain collagen or a plain greens, because it's both.

Buy it if
- Buy it if you know you're not getting enough greens or collagen from food.
- Buy it if you'd rather buy one bag than a collagen and a greens separately.
- Buy it if you've given up on greens powders because they taste bad. This one tastes pretty good.
- Buy it if you want an easy add to your post-workout shake.
Skip it if
- Skip it if your nutrition is already on point with collagen and greens every day.
- Skip it if you're comparing price against a single collagen or a single greens product.

Before you buy
My two gripes
It costs more
When you look at the price tag, it's not going to match a plain collagen or a plain greens. It's two products in one bag, so it's a little more expensive.
You might not need it
If you're already eating well and getting collagen and greens every day, this probably isn't for you.

Questions I get
Do I need this?
Food first. If you're already getting enough collagen and greens, maybe not. If you want help hitting your nutrition every day, it's an easy way to do it.
What does it taste like?
Vanilla, and surprisingly pretty good just mixed with water. Most collagen and greens products don't taste good at all.
How do you take it?
I mix it with vanilla protein for my post-workout shake. You can also put it in a smoothie, or mix it with 4 to 6 ounces of hot water like a matcha tea. Don't burn yourself.
When should I take it?
One serving a day. Timing doesn't really matter.
What kind of collagen is in it?
Grass-fed collagen peptides, type I and type III, per Xendurance.

Who this is for
My first take on everything is food first. Always, always, always food first. Then you supplement your nutrition after that.
If your nutrition is on point and you're already getting a good amount of collagen and greens every day, maybe this isn't for you. If you're like me and you want a little help hitting your nutrition every day, it's an easy way to get both in.
Two products in one bag
The first thing to know is that it's collagen and greens together. Grass-fed collagen peptides and organic superfood greens in one scoop.
That's the reason to buy it and it's also the catch. When you look at the price tag, it's not going to match a plain collagen or a plain greens product. It's a little more expensive because it's both.
What it tastes like
It's vanilla, and it actually tastes pretty good. Most collagen products and most greens products don't taste very good at all. This one is surprisingly good even if you just mix it by itself with some water.
If you gave up on greens powders because you couldn't choke them down, that's worth knowing.
How I take it
I mix it with vanilla protein as my post-workout recovery shake, and it's awesome.
You don't have to do it my way. You can put it in a smoothie as a mid-afternoon snack, or just mix it with water and drink it down.
Here's my tip. Use it like a matcha tea. Mix it with 4 to 6 ounces of piping hot water. Don't burn yourself.
The recommended use is one serving a day, and the time of day doesn't really matter.
What's in a scoop
A bag has 20 servings. Each serving is 80 calories, 3 grams of carbohydrates and 16 grams of protein from collagen peptides. The label also shows 1 microgram of vitamin D and 64 milligrams of calcium.
The greens are moringa, kale, spirulina, chlorella, acai berry and goji berry.
It's sweetened with monk fruit extract, with organic coconut sugar and natural vanilla flavor on the ingredient list. Xendurance lists it as gluten free and dairy free, and says it's Informed Sport certified.
What kind of collagen
This is the question I get asked most about the ingredients. It uses two types of collagen peptides, type I and type III, per Xendurance.
The way I think about it, whey protein is the protein for your muscles and collagen is the protein for everything else.
What I haven't tested
I have one video on this, a product overview from May 2024. I walk through the label, how I mix it and how it tastes. It isn't a long-term results review.
Xendurance talks about hair, skin, nails, bones and joints with this product. Those are their claims and their customers' stories. I'm not going to tell you what it did for mine, because I didn't cover that on camera.
Who should buy it
Buy it if you know you're not getting enough greens or collagen from food and you'd rather buy one bag than two. The taste makes it easy to stick with.
Skip it if you already eat well, or if you're comparing it on price against a single collagen or a single greens. Xendurance has a 60-day money back guarantee if you want to try it.
