To get maximum results from the extreme endurance by Xendurance, you need to take three tablets in the morning and three tablets in the evening.
This product is not one that has to be taken as a pre-workout or a post-workout. It's three in the morning, three in the evening, spaced out 12 hours apart.
You want to make sure that your body stays in constant balance. And so taking the extreme endurance every 12 hours is going to help keep you there.
Also, you don't take this product on workout days and then don't take it on off days.
It's like a vitamin. You take it every single day. For maximum efficiency,
if you don't take it every day or you don't take it every 12 hours, you're basically going to go up and down and up and down.
you're in balance and out of balance, and that's why it's so important to take it consistently
every day in the morning and the evening.
all really just space it out 12 hours.
So if whatever works in your schedule, if you need to take it at noon and then take it at midnight, if you're a night owl, fine. Just try to keep it consistently about 12 hours apart so that it stays in your system.
Now, a little pro-tip with this is if you're gearing up for a competition, you could bump it up to four pills in the morning and four pills in the evening.
What I would do is a few days out prior to the competition, probably 3 to 4 days before the competition starts bumping up to four pills in the morning, four pills in the evening.
Take that throughout the competition until the day after to help your body handle the extra damage and the extra inflammation and the extra stuff that happens from competing at a high level.
Also, if you're going through a heavy training block and you're going to be training at a much higher volume than you normally would for a month or so or however long you're going to do it, you could bump up to four in four at that time as well.
And then when you're done with that training block, you could go back to a dosage of three pills in the morning, three pills in the evening.
One very, very important thing with the extreme endurance to know is do not chew them. You want to swallow them whole because the way they work is they start to absorb in the intestine.
If you chew them first, they're going to taste terrible. Second, they're going to start to absorb in the stomach.
and they're not going to work like they're supposed to.
