🏋️‍♂️ The CrossFit Total WOD is something that I've never attempted to complete and in this video I finally do that. The CrossFit Total consists of 3 lifts, back squat, shoulder press and deadlift. I've hit max attempts at all of those before but never in the same workout. By the end of it I was pissed.
